Before your first set

Start with a patch test.

A small step that shows how your skin responds to the adhesive before a full set.

It's booked ahead of your first set and takes about 15 minutes. You watch the spot at home for a day. A patch test helps but can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies and sensitive eyes too.

Your first visit

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Choose a service and a time, then confirm your deposit by message. New clients, book the patch test first.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Bring a photo of a look you like, and tell us about allergies or recent eye procedures.

    • Clean lashes, no eye makeup

    • Glasses, if you wear contact lenses

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Come five minutes early. Parking is in front of the building, and a bench by the door is there if a friend comes with you.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

We look at your natural lashes and choose the style together. Then you rest with your eyes closed while your set is built.

Who should wait

Tell us before your visit if any of these apply, and we'll rebook you.

  • An eye problem

An eye infection, irritation or a recent eye or eyelid procedure. Check with your doctor first if you're unsure.

  • A past reaction

A reaction to adhesive, tape or eye products, from us or anyone else.

  • A recent set elsewhere

Another artist's extensions come off before a new set, so allow time for removal.

If you notice a reaction

Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
