Fills are for sets you've had here. After a longer gap a new set may be the better choice, and we tell you before we start.

Write to us on WhatsApp or by text. We send the deposit link, and your time is held once it's paid.

Arrive five minutes early with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Your deposit goes toward your service.

Booking and deposits
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Every set and fill takes one, and the menu marks each with a Deposit to book chip. Choose your time on the booking page, then confirm your deposit by message on WhatsApp or by text. We send the deposit link, and your time is held once it's paid.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice, we keep the deposit. If you're running late, we hold your time for 15 minutes at a fill and 30 at a full set. After that the visit is shortened, not extended.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without a word, we keep the deposit and hold your next visit only with prepayment. If something comes up, a message is all it takes.
Children and companions
Lash visits are for adults. Please come on your own: the work needs you still with your eyes closed, and the rooms are small. A friend is welcome to wait in the front room.
Patch tests and allergies
We ask everyone new to us to patch test before a first set. It shows how your skin responds to the adhesive. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction you've had to tape or eye products. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. We'll look at your lashes together and say what we can do.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay at the end of your visit.
Before your visit
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup, no curler and no oil-based products on your eyes that day. Take out contact lenses before we start, and plan to arrive five minutes early so your time isn't shortened.
When to ask your doctor first
If you've had eye surgery recently, have an eye condition or an infection, or take a medicine that affects your skin or eyes, check with your doctor before booking. We may ask you to wait. If you've lost lashes for a medical reason, please see your doctor first.
The fill window
A fill every two to three weeks
Natural lashes shed all the time and take their extensions with them. A fill replaces what's gone.
